Q. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

A. At the moment, we only accept payments via PayPal. We do hope to accept credit card and cheque payments in the future :)

Q. Do You Accept Returns?

A. We do! :)  Please send your unworn and damaged item within 14 days of purchase to:

Toadfish Apparel, 11 Dunster Road, Mountsorrel, Leicester, LE12 7EZ

Please note that we will not cover the costs of any returns, sorry! :)

Q. How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

A. We aim to have our orders dispatched first class within 5 days, the rest is up to Royal Mail, however we estimate 5 working days.

Q. Do You Ship Worldwide?

A. We do! :) However the cost of your postage and packaging will be understandably higher, and your delivery time will be longer.

Q. Why Don't You Have My Size?

A. Our sizes range from Small - XLarge, so the chances are that your size is just out of stock! Feel free to email us for further information about upcoming stock replenishes.

Q. Will You Make Me A Product With A Specific Design And/Or Colours?

A. We will! Email us with your ideas and we'll deliver, however we cannot guarantee that your planned colours will look awesome together, so if you don't like it, you don't have a choice- we won't accept returns! These products will also be sold at a higher price.
